Yep, they're preparing for preemption starting tonight. The Fay ticker is already saying that live reports will be starting at 7 PM ET, so we definitely won't be seeing the 7 PM hour of Forecast Earth or WWCH later on, but we still might see the 5 PM ET hour of Forecast Earth. I guess we'll have to wait and see.

My guess is that Carl and Kristina will handle all of the hours of PME while Kristin and the gang leader handle all of EE (and EEAD).

Oh no, more overhyping of the storm that probably won't become a hurricane.

I am SHOCKED these guys haven't ran into storm alert mode yet.

I've seen commercials for Forecast OMFG GLOBAL WARMING IS GONNA KILL US ALL Earth, and it said a 5pm airing.  Makes sense, I think, since the next advisory comes at 6pm, no?

They've also ran a WWCH LF opener, leading me to believe it will air as scheduled, too.

Did anyone see the 413th airing of the Katrina FFN?  They were running the lower one-half to two-thirds Fay radar/info graphic over the show.

Adam and Kristin will probably handle both hours of regular EE, then they'll probably run WWCH at 11 PM ET, followed by EEAD with Adam and Kristin as usual.

I just heard a slow version of the Tropical theme when going to this break. I've never heard it before; is it new?

Oh boy...no WWCH at 9.  That's a shocker, gang.

Doubt we'll see long-form for a few days.

They just mentioned Storm Session will be on at 2 PM ET, 9 PM ET, and 11 PM ET tomorrow. So, apparently there is still afternoon long-form programming (at least tomorrow that is) and Storm Session will eat up the first hour of EEWC. I wonder how EEWC will work tomorrow night. Will they not have long-form programming at 3 AM ET (and have EEWC live at 12 and 1 am ET and repeat at 2 and 3 am ET), or will they just have do 1 live EEWC and repeat that the next 2 hours?

Storm Session will also air at 2 AM ET, just like all of the other long-form programming that airs in place of EE. I think the whole thing about it being on at 2 PM ET tomorrow is a mistake since they would ideally premiere the show during primetime. The ad probably really was supposed to be for Wednesday and Thursday when Storm Session will air at *all* of the aforementioned times.

According to my schedule Storm Sessions will indeed not air at 2PM tomorrow, Tuesday, and Wednesday. It will be airing at 9PM, 11PM, and 1AM ET those nights. So it looks like EEWC will be live at 12AM then a reprise at 2AM. ICHT/FFN will air as usual at 3AM.

For Thursday, Storm Sessions will be airing at the same times, except also at 2PM ET. On Friday, it will air at 2PM only.

Right now, WWCH is airing at 11PM ET, albeit with a corner radar graphic and lower third on Fay that's taking up nearly half the screen.

What's the odds for a storm alert here? I know it's only gonna be a cat 2 at most, but Florida landfalling storms seem to always go into storm alert

I fully expect to see TWC go into Storm Alert mode. I'll be very surprised if they don't.
