TWC is back to the regular schedule as of 11pm Thursday.

During 1AM WCL, they replayed the 10PM ET WCL but they had Live Updates from Kim Cunningham at 1:00 and 1:30 AM ET.

My first reaction was there must be some technical problem. Why have an OCM live for the first segment then go to a rebroadcast of the 10pm ET hour with outdated forecasts?
I really hope this is not how WCL at 1am ET is going to be.

Might as well rename the 1AM show, "Weather Center West Coast" if 3/4 of the show is not live.

What is worst is that the Winter Weather Update is outdated by 2 hours. This is part of today's TWC relaunch.

I'd like to be there for the show prep meeting.
So Kim you are going to be on at 1am, 1:30am and 1:40am and all the other segments are going to be recorded from 10pm ET. 
Also at the end of the 1am hour they showed the wrong schedule since it was from the end of the 10pm ET broadcast. 
Please tell me this was just a one time thing and WCL is going actually be live tomorrow.

It's been this way for a while now. Usually there are recorded segments from the 7pm show that are shown at 10pm and 1am.... This is to reduce costs, and less production personnel is needed to produce the shows. It didn't just start tonight, but they made it painfully obvious when they were showing a radar from 10:30 pm EST...

I have no problem with them reusing segments from earlier broadcasts.
What I don't like is they took whole blocks and replayed them at 1:10am and 1:20am & 1:50am having no live segments.
Most of those blocks were not even interviews they were outdated forecast segments from the 10pm show.

It happened again Tonight. WCL 1AM ET replayed the 10PM ET WCL. Todd Santos did Live Updates at 1:00 and 1:30AM ET. The rest of the show is a replay and has outdated forecasts.  I guess this is permanent.

Maybe the 1AM ET show has low viewership ratings so that is why they are replaying 10PM ET WCL.

This is stupid. They should just air taped programming if they are not going to do a live show at 1am ET.

Not sure if it means the show is going to be mostly live.

TWC goes to tape at 1:10am for outdated forecast segments.
This is stupid. Either do a show with live forecast segments or change the name of the 1am show because 75% of it is not live.
