You're right Billy. 7 years since TWC had their relaunch with the new logo, and local forecast. I remember tgat relaunch as if it was yesterday!

I remember seeing the sunny background on the local forecast and instantly fell in love with it.

I thought it was ok but honestly I liked every local. I really loved the openers and promos from that era. My favourite is the local forecast opener with the seagulls and yellow background. Can't get anymore classier than that

I think my first day of 7th grade was on the same day. I remember seeing the new logo and thinking Why did they ruin their signature logo by making it bland and boring? Now, my opinion hasn't changed, I'm just more in content with it. 

EDIT: I did like the Lot8s openers/relaunch promos along with a couple of show openers like Day planner, they had the best show graphics and theme music imo.

I never saw the relaunch on the exact day in '05 because my cable was shut off August 9th and I was moving into a new place with my parents at the time. However, I do remember seeing the square logo behind someone who was on the air (whose name escapes me at the moment) hanging on a wall in the TWC studio, just before my cable was shut off

I was starting to wonder about that myself    IMO that was the only long-form show that wasn't boring to me. I loved all of the landscape pics that Lik took

Maybe the show wasn't intended to run for more seasons?    Who knows?

Someday, hopefully all of the episodes will released on DVD someday. I'd buy that because I liked the show, compared to the other boring long-form shows that are on TWC today. If not, I'll have to record all of the reruns while I still have a chance.

While I never cared for the show, I'm actually surprised, as I thought that was one of TWC's most popular shows
