This promo, included Stephanie Abrams in it. Don't know why their airing it, because Stephanie is no longer on Weekend View. :-\Well local commercials do air on TWC at :17 and :47 past the hour, so I'd say it was a commercial from the cable company. Not too long ago, my cable company aired an old Storm Stories commercial which still had the old 8:00 PM ET time on it.I'm telling you, the cable co.'s don't air TWC promos.

The only way the cable co. aired that Head On commercial is ifat the end it said something to the efffect of "available at the following retailers". Otherwise, it was a national commercial, hence aired by TWC.

LOL. That only means that both of you are likely wrong.

What do you know? j/k I believe I saw a tail end of another commercial at the end of that Weekend View promo (which I notice almost always happens on cable company aired commercials), so I still believe it was aired by my cable company.
IF it was aired by your cable company, it was in error. I know cable co.operations inside and out. They do not run advertisments for channels they carrry. Think about that last sentence. Doesn't it make sense that they wouldn't do that?

Stephen, considering we're talking about TWC here, I'd like to know how you came to the conclusion that its notpossible that TWC ruined the quality of the clip itself.

Because I've seen the Weekend View promos aired by TWC, and the quality is not as bad as the one that I saw tonight (which I still believe was aired by my cable company).
I guess your not considering the age factor. You said that the promo you saw was (and I quote) an old one.

You weren't even pushing the quality issue until I told you that local commecials often have lower quality.

In fact, its quite common to see promos for channels aired on channels other than the channel being promoted.
