Are you sure the text wasn't just fading in or out in that screenshot?  I've never seen "barely there" or hard to read text on The Weather Channel.

I almost think it is a part of a new soundtrack. :thinking: Why they are using old music for it, I don't know. :no: But I think it fits pretty well.
