I believe this is the first time an OCM is doing all three hours on his own.

This is incorrect. Sam did 3 hours alone that one Saturday night there was that severe weather outbreak that preempted all long form programming. I forget if it was still Weekend Weather Center at that point, but she was alone.

Ohhh now I remember! and BTW I felt bad for Bill last night. He almost lost his voice last night.

And...uhh did I hear that Kim Perez made an appearance on YWT today? I just read one of Mike's tweets just now.

I'm not sure about about YWT, but Kim did appear on WUWA today to give some weather updates at :15 and :45.

Well, TWC had some timing issues last night. Line-ups and local forecasts were all over the place. It really began when the overnite list did, around 1 AM EDT, but was most notable in between 2:20 and 3:30 AM EDT. The 2:26, 2:37, and 2:47 local forecasts cued early, and everything else through 3:30 cued late, very late. I noticed that the 2:57 station ID was placed in between 2 TWC ads, with one bumping up to the LF intro. Weather Center went to commercial late at 3:17 as well. These issues were fixed around 3:30 AM EDT. Both Mike and I caught clips.
TWC in...
Lansing: Comcast, Channel 36, STAR ID 22840
E. Lansing: Comcast, Channel 40, STAR ID 22842
Lansing Area: Broadstripe, Channel 40, STAR ID 25349
Current STAR count: 32. Be sure to see my channel for links to all the uploads!

Looking back on what I have recorded while asleep, the 5:18 LF started about 30 seconds early too, at 5:17.

Ah, indeed it did. That was around the time I went to sleep, lol.

I don't seem to recall so many timing errors with the LFs years ago.  Then again, TWC seemed to have a far more consistent schedule back then as well.

at 1:10-1:11pm ET on Day Planner, the video feeds seemed to cut out, as the screen went blue for a few seconds. The LDL continued to appear, and then Adam returned in front of the video wall, where he left off. He noticed it too, as he had stopped talking and then started up again as soon as the video feed came back on

UPDATE:
It happened again around 1:31-1:32pm ET, with Betty this time. The screen was blue for a longer amount of time, and the LDL stayed on again. When Betty came back she apparently did not notice whatever happened, but ironically said something along the lines of "...and the weather in the Northeast has us feeling blue"

Question...

Since the city backdrop has been removed for WUWA, does the desk for PM Edition (or any show that used to face the backdrop) have a new position? :dunno:

(I guess I really should just watch PM Edition to see. :wall: :P)
