Wow, I can't believe that dumb movie Ice Age is actually being advertised on TWC. I am so sick and tired of the advertisements for that movie. Now they are doing a Local Forecast Sponsor for it, and it has a motion ad, which is so annoying. I didn't realize money was THAT important to TWC.
That's the most important thing to ANY business.
Thank you Captain Obvious, as if I didn't know that.
Whoa-- please, loose the attitude.  I do NOT appreciate it.  Thanks

You made it seem like money wasn't that important to TWC.. I might have taken the wrong way..sorry.
I was merely pointing out in my post that you felt you needed to correct that TWC has become desperate.

TWC has been showing a lot of "news" stuff lately that may not necessarily be related to the weather (although they manage to find some way to make the connection). I'm guessing this is all thanks to you know who.

That wasn't why I posted that, I was pointing out the fact that they used a CBS News report when TWC is an NBC-owned channel. I figured TWC would be relying on solely NBC stuff by now. Before tonight, I haven't seen a CBS report since like October.

I guess I shouldn't have replied to your post. I was trying to point out something different but both misled you and misunderstood you. My bad. :blushing:

TWC just had a timing error. The :10 segment abruptly cut off at :14 without any awareness of the cut-off by the OCMs. The TWC ad aired at :15, and the LDA cut into that ad on the HD feed. The LF ran at :16, with the Planner starting at :18 and the segment ending at :21. They extended the Business Barometer segment at :23 by adding some forecasts after it to get back on track time-wise. (allowing the segment to run until :25, the normal out time for the segment)

I see TWC took the Al Roker link off of http://www.weather.com/tv/personalities/ since they didn't even have his bio or even a picture of him ready. I wonder when he'll pop back up on there again.

Also just now, they showed video from WSEE-TV in Erie, a CBS affiliate. Seems NBC is letting TWC have a little more individuality.

They've recently had a feed from KDKA too. No biggie there.

They've been using reports from all networks. But their contracts with non-NBCs might be forced into nonrenewal.
