It certainly feels like it, even Mike slipped and said once going to a break that they would be back with YWT.

I've noticed since Weekend Now started whenever they go to commercial break they play this production music they use a lot for severe weather, but the version they're using is more dramatic.

He was just on with Bryan Norcross.

Speaking of dramatic, am I the only one who finds the tropical storm video edited to what sounds like fast chase music from a movie sound track to be a bit tacky and unnecessary?

They played some music that sounded like spooky Halloween music earlier today. It didn't sound as bad as the music in that video though.

Which LDL? The HD LDL has already been red for a couple of days now.

Where have you been???? Both LDL's have been dark blue since TWC has been worried about Isaac.  The LDL's should be red I think. Dark blue mode is fine for Holiday Travel but, not for this kind of weather! 

Is STORM ALERT coming?  7PM???

The background of the HD LDL is still blue yes, but the templates that display the weather info is dark red and has been since Thursday as I mentioned.

Concerning you question about Storm Alert, technically they already are in that mode if the studio is lit red, they just aren't using the music.

Notice where the Right Now conditions are, the template is dark red, normally it would be dark blue.
