Speaking of Todd Santos.  This past weekend, I was watching TWC, and he was on.  Long story short, I had to change the channel (which is what we ALL should do instead of complain ;).. or if you complain, state you did indeed change the channel :P).  Anyways, the constant "uh" makes me think he is not confidant in what he is saying, which makes me want to change the channel.  I know I have complained about this before, but seriously, doesn't somebody at TWC notice this?  :dunno: 
I am sure Todd would be a great On Camera Meteorologist, if he uh didn't say "uh" all of the time..  :hmm:

Why did TWC hire Todd, then? :dunno: I know they are probably paying him cheap and know he has had previous experience, but if he isn't that good, then he shouldn't even be on TWC. :no:

I like Todd, but yeah, he needs to improve his communication skillz. Overall, he's cool.
