That's definitely something new. I can't recall them ever using that before.

Was it my imagination or was someone leaning on Vivian's chair when Weathercenter began at 2:00?  I thought maybe it was Dr. Forbes or someone else they were planning to go to, but they didn't.

Kelly Cass and Betty Davis are hosting the 4PM ET hour of Weather Center since Storm Stories was pre-empted today. Though, I think Storm Stories wasn't shown yesterday and the WC crew did host the last hour of WC.

Who? The PME crew? No, they only work until 7PM ET when Abrams & Bettes starts and goes for two hours, followed by a three-hour Evening Edition.

Was Weather Center full-controlled today? They showed stuff that I don't normally see in a master controlled show.

That's not related. I wish I would have been home to see WC today. :(

Wait...they cancelled Storm Stories?  Or was it just because of the severe weather the last couple of days?

It was just pre-empted due to severe weather, not canceled.

At 11:10/1:10 CT tonight on EEWC, they used the 03-05 style lower third with the still current EE background that they've been using on the Weather Updates lately. I never thought that would make it into a normal broadcast.

IMO, they should just stick with that one - nice and small.
