A&B graphic to start of the 7 PM CT hour of EE.

Yeah, that titlecard had to have been frozen on screen for like 20-30 seconds; it certainly felt like an eternity!

Apparently the OCMs didn't know what was going on either because they were just going through the EE teaser like nothing was wrong; and we joined their teaser just as the end of it.

The attempted recovery from that was horrible; they resumed the commercials where the left off, but since they were manually overriding the rundown in order to do that, they forgot to kill the LDL at the end of that A&B segment, so the subsequent LF had the freezing issue that results from having the LF running over the LDL, and it didn't get better until the LF shut off over 30 seconds into the next A&B segment.

My LF ran perfectly fine with the LDL behind it.

I only made videos of parts 1 and 3 since nothing interesting happens in the middle. Both files are just above 20 MB, so get ready to fill up the big Internet dump truck here:

You can tell the IS is *really* struggling to render both LDL's. Interesting how it passes video fine, but it chunks the audio.

It looks like someone in master accidentally advanced the automation (as easy as pressing the space bar). The control room was notified and they "recovered".

Without a word of a lie, the master opp was probably fired. That's something that's completely unacceptable and the station manager would FREAK!

For the first and second segments of Weekend Outlook this morning, Mark's microphone wasn't working at all, and it seems the control room was totally oblivious to it the entire time. Talk about fail.

It's because he's watching the HD feed through his Slingbox, so the screen shots he takes are of the HD feed, but of poor quality because its coming from the Slingbox.

My Slingbox's picture quality is good and it's not HD. Must be an issue with his internet connection....the slower the stream the image gets pixely.

Yeah, I assume my upload speed is pretty poor back at home. I just post the pictures for the sake of reference, not quality. :P
