Throughout PM Edition today on SkyTracker, "Minneapolis" was showing up just south of Casper, Wyoming.  :lol: It wasn't just on one particular map, but on the radar and on winter weather advisory maps at different zoom levels. It was driving me crazy.

And when the map was zoomed out enough, you would see Minneapolis in both Minnesota and Wyoming.

There are 3 Minneapolises.... One in Minnesota, one in Kansas, and one in North Carolina... there is none in Wyoming  :blink:

8:10...I just flipped over, but it looked (and sounded) like they played the Abrams and Bettes bumper during YWT.   :wacko:

Today they resumed doing something they haven't done in a very long time: a recorded teaser for A&B that plays when coming back from break on YWT. I wonder what made them decide to start doing it again...

Thing's weren't going so well on Day Planner today. First, the show starts out with Julie Martin on a liveshot having issues with her earpiece and talking about it over the opener and over Cheryl's studio intro:

Then in the next hour, TWC starts having horrible audio issues, leading to the emergency feed to be cued to finish out the segment. (yes, that audio is what was heard on TWC!)

Wow, they began EEWC with a Tropical Storm Kyle transition graphic. O_o

I guess it's like, "gee, this is only going to repeat once tonight, so why not screw up."

Rich and Sharon both also slurred their words and invented some new words in the first segment.

From Rich:
"AHeadVit" = Ahead of it

and from Sharon:
"Drent" = Dent in the drought

They did the same thing yesterday at this time. Something bad must have been programmed in Master Control.

11am at the top of the hour, Tropical Storm Alert transition graphic was shown...
11:30 - Jorma is on screen asking "do I have a tease?" then says "Good afternoon, I'm The Weather Channel's Jorma Duran...."
