It happens on Saturday nights as well. I guess it likes to take a vacation on these nights. :P

Even full control is messing things up - on the two person lower third used at the top of the hour, Dave's name read "Dave Schwartz Schwartz".

That happened again tonight, except with Warren Madden.

This has been a weird PM Edition so far. If having Mike Seidel and Kristina Abernathy anchoring wasn't enough, when they tried to go to the Midwest with Kristina, they accidentally sourced the now-defunct WPS, which was displaying an old-style Southeast current temperatures with some overlays at the bottom that looked to be something that only the OCMs would normally see on their monitors.

A minute ago, they used an EE side graphic displaying information on protecting your house during a hurricane. Of course, it was only useful to HD viewers.

To start off the Weekly Planner, the banner title read "Wednesday's Forecast" when the forecast really was for Tuesday. This exact thing happened last Monday night as well.

During the Weekly Planner temps at 8:20ish CT during YWT, one of the temperature marks said "0"

I've seen that happen a few times before with the new Viz|Weather systems.

After the teaser on A&B, they played a music track from the 06-08 A&B package.

At 8:55 PM ET, they were talking to Jim Cantore about what would be next on EE, then a commercial suddenly cut in for about 10 seconds, then they realized the mistake, aborted the commercial, and went back to A&B.
