Not exactly a blooper, but a funny moment... Mike Bettes said he was feeling a bit hot, so Mike Seidel came around and pointed a fan at Bettes' head.

Did everyone else's LF run despite the LDL being on? On DirecTV SD, the LF LDL overrode the regular LDL.

Yes, and the national LDL came right back on immediately after the LF.

It seems that within the past few months they've changed the way the LDL is handled. They can now cue the local forecast over the LDL to prevent the aforementioned chaos.

Mike Seidel jsut loves to hop on camera when its not his turn! I remeber a while back when he did a raindance in the backgorund when Dave was talking about the drought in that area.  :rofl2:

And to explain the new Daylight Saving Time rules in 2007, Mike Seidel came into Dave and Warren's broadcast holding a clock that he took off the wall.

At 10:55 CT, they were trying to show the national forecast from the desk, but Master didn't source it and instead left the camera shot on Rich and Sharon, so after a few seconds of silence, Sharon urged Master Control, "Let's do it. Yeah, we can do that."

At 12:00 AM ET, Rich was talking about how high tech and advanced the new studio is, they zoomed out to a full shot of the studio, and the camera began shaking. They quickly changed shots after that.
