Poor Maria.  That's the worst possible thing that can happen to an on-air person :P.

We have VIZRT at the station I work at, and it is indeed a piece of crap.  Always screwing things up, not communicating with the other machines and making life horrible :P.

The new SD satellite LF already has its own set of bugs. The titlebar on the last forecast map on the :58 LF read "-'S FORECAST."
That's Vizrt for you.
Gotta love WPS!

It's bad enough she said it the first time, but to say it again the second time trying to correct herself made it even more funnier.  :P I liked that video (well not the one posted, it was another one)

I just saw Trevor's post, and that was a really awkward and embarrassing moment to watch.  Maria, it's "zonal flow" for west-east and "meridional flow" for north-south.  Sometimes, it's better to stick with the actual terms and define them rather than dig yourself in a hole to make it so simple for your audience.

Wow, i feel really bad for her, that sucks how she tried to explain the terms but ended up shooting out an inappropriate word.

On graphics being sourced from the expert desk, they're all being stretched on the SD channel, causing the left and right edges of the graphics to be cut off.

Yeah, I haven't heard the actual DP opener music be played for quite a while.

Correct. It always shows after the "Weather Classroom" programming at 4:27 AM ET.

Oops, my bad. I don't really watch TWC during that time, so I was thinking it was an error.
