Anyone notice that thing that happened on the SD feed at 9:29 pm Eastern? The local on the 8s went to the usual last part (west coast radar) then Nicole in front of the Greenscreen and looked like the lights were off in the studio, then it went to back to the 3day local on the 8s forecast. That was really strange since the lights were off.

I didn't see that.

Also, a few weeks ago, the SD national LDL failed to cue.

Oh, well the cue from lo8s to the camera lasted for about long enough for her to say "Hi, I'm meteorologist Nicole Mitchell, then it went back to lo8s.

I am recording and the video will be up shortly.

What happened:
The local forecast ended.
It was time for a weather update, but obviously they weren't ready. The lights were off and nothing was being keyed out.
They then abruptly cut off Nichole (who was talking like nothing happened) and went to Trammell.
Trammell lasted about 15 seconds, before going to Cantore Stories.

Exactly. Better than how I said it. I never knew they turned the lights all the way off in the studio.

Sounds like a big FAIL on the live weather update. It's great that we can count on TWC to give us the latest on weather updates when they show all this :censored: long-form :censored:.

That would be a Trammell starks error

They also left the live stream from YWT on during the show from 9:51 to about 12:00 PM Today. They didn't even know it was on until Maria saw the camera and went and turned off the live stream.

When Paul Goodloe was doing the Weekly Planner a few minutes, there was a highs map with no labels, and no matter how much he pushed the button on the remote he had, nothing appeared.

Also, one of my DirecTV receivers has timing issues with its LF. Sometimes, it'll cue early; other times, it'll cue late. When it cues early, it's usually by a split second; a few times, it's cued in the middle of a commercial! :o

Those are not uncommon ;) as for the commercials sometimes the headend inserted ads will overlap into the LF but its a rare occasion

The LDLs (for both SD and HD) are all screwed up right now. I think they are showing current conditions from sometime last night (because it is NOT 27 and mostly clear here right now), and Friday's forecast (with no high) is showing.
