Just now, they accidentally switched over to WPS, which was displaying the Airport Hub Forecast for Monday. (probably June 2nd)

At 6:12 PM CT after they finished with a report, Stephanie was seen standing up next to her seat holding some papers, and she just walked off after a few seconds, and they just kept with the same shot of Mike and the empty chair until they went to Dr. Greg Forbes.

Before the commercial break at 9:06 PM ET, there was a long 10-15 second black screen, and then they never turned off the LDL during the commercials.

During the Weekend View teaser at 6 AM CT, Julie Martin called WV  Your Weather Today.

And, talking about the floods, Bill Keneely was showing the Cedar Rapids info, then to the Des Moines flooding issue, the map had it on Des Moines, but the text said Cedar Rapids.

Did they just bump to commercial using the 03-05 WO bumper?

They're also using the LIVE tag again...

This weekend Master Control team needs to get a memo from their supervisors about how to run the new show format.

Since the start of Evening Edition they've been using the WC/PME lower thirds.

The scroll for a severe thunderstorm warning earlier, for some reason, was showing a gap where the letter 'a' was suppose to appear

That seems to be an IntelliStar bug/issue/problem that a few people have been having.

What in God's name is The Weather Channel doing?

Forecast Earth had just wrapped up yet another re-airing of yesterday's latest episode,
the standard definition feed showed the program in a smaller screen format where the two side panels
you'd see for any programs shot in SD on the HD feed. The side panels are in the light green color
with the glowing white HD logo on them. The new blue LDL remains properly proportioned on the SD screen.

Are they kidding me?! Nice way to tease those viewers that don't receive TWC HD!

I was just pointing it out, Gary. Nothing more than we should not be seeing this on the SD feed.

I think that was supposed to happen, because Forecast Earth is now airing in HD for HD viewers (according to Spring Rubber), and it is letterboxed for SD viewers. It's possible for them to have used a non-HD ready shot in FE, which would result in the pillar boxes to be shown.
