Uh guys, it would help to turn Vivian's mic on so that we can actually hear her.

Right before going to break at :35, Vivian's voice was just a faint echo, and they finally had to cut her off.  I'm sure this has probably happened numerous times, but it's still a blooper.

That usually means they turned on the wrong person's microphone (i.e., another OCM across the studio had their's on, and it was picking up Vivian's voice echoing through the studio - so her mic was probably completely off).

Not sure if you can quite call this a blooper, but some guy got the bright idea to try and bum rush Jim Cantore when he was reporting in Charleston, SC. Needless to say, Jim has very good reflexes.
