I am initiating this thread to hopefully spark activity, interest and curiosity here on the classics sub forum. I haven't seen or heard much about this on twc classics but does anyone know the name of the woman who the voice-over is in these videos?

I would hear her all the time in the late 80s - that Days Inn segment was one of my favorites, and this commercial was not bad.  I finally did get the name of the song (from this site!) used for the 30-second local forecast.  I would always tune it at 20 after for it  .

Doesn't sound like it to me. If it was, I'm sure she would have announced herself like John Doyle and Liz Jarvis did in other LF videos during that time.
