Title: Authentic classic TWC rendering fail

What do you think of this fail? Any other funny authentic fails (not simulation fails) you found?

Was looking at the randomly picked video (https://twcclassics.com/watch.php?file=19970227-2) on the front page, which was a Honolulu Hawaii forecast. (It's randomly picked every time you refresh the page, I was bored)

The light rain cloud looked miscolored and only one of the rain parts were correctly colored. There are 3 videos of this kind - all taken on the same day, February 27.

How does this even happen? I'm curious now.
