Thanks, guys.  On the topic.  I'm certain that Eighteen and James were also used on TWC from "Offramp."  Can anyone confirm?

You're correct. James was last used in October 2003, while Eighteen in 2000, I believe.

Eighteen was used in March/November, 2000. James in 2000/2001 also.
