Local Forecast Video locations

Lightning:
I would like to ask why so many of the local forecast videos of the 3000 and 4000 are out of Atlanta and specifically Dobbins Air Force Base? It says "Conditions at Dobbins A.F.B." on many of those local forecast videos. Would that have anything to do with the location of The Weather Channel (which is not very far from there)?

Did that contributor just live there at the time, or does he still live there?
