... Patchy freezing drizzle through early Monday morning...

While temperatures have risen above freezing across the majority
of the area... there are still some locations below the freezing
mark. Flurries with patchy light freezing drizzle is expected to
continue through 1am... then change over to plain drizzle at all
locations.

A strong cold front will move across the region late this
afternoon. Behind it... a strong northwest flow with winds of 20 to
30 mph with 40 to 45 mph gusts will develop this evening. Winds
should subside to 10 to 20 mph by midnight.

These winds could produce some downed tree limbs and power
lines... causing isolated power outages and localized Road
closures.

THIS ONE IS DIFFERENT FROM THE ONE ABOVE! AND IS FROM A DIFFERENT STORM

A strong cold front will cross the region from west to east
between 9 PM and midnight. In its wake... a brief period of
westerly winds ranging from 20 to 25 mph with 40 to 45 mph gusts
can be expected. Winds are expected to gradually decrease after
midnight.

These winds could produce some downed tree limbs and power
lines... causing isolated power outages and localized Road
closures.

... Dry and windy weather for today...

Persistent dry weather with low relative humidities and gusty
winds will promote the spread of ignited brush fires across the
local area.

Most areas received less than 1/2 inch of rain so far this month.
West winds around 15 mph are forecast to gust to around 25 mph as
relative humidities decrease to 30 to 40 percent this afternoon.

If brush fires are ignited... these conditions will aid in the spread
of them.

These conditions fall short of reaching red flag warning criteria.
However... continue to monitor your latest National Weather Service
forecasts.
