Lots of clouds, a few breaks of sun, and perhaps a few snow flurries. Windy and sharply colder with highs only in the mid 30s. Blustery northwest winds 20-30mph with higher gusts creating cold wind chills.

Thursday: Lots of "ineffective" sunshine, windy, and very cold with highs only in the upper 20s. Gusty north winds will keep wind chills even colder.

Friday: Mostly sunny skies, and after a cold start close to 10 degrees around sunrise, a warming trend begins. Highs in the upper 30s to near 40 by afternoon.

Saturday: Partly to mostly sunny with a warm southwest breeze sending temps well into the 40s.
