The Weather Channel's Official Winter 2013/2014 Forecast

New England according to TWC's forecast

November: All Of New England Warmer than average

Winter (picture attached)

MA: Variable (equal chances for normal temps)
CT: Variable
VT: Northern (Cooler late in the season) Central and Southern (Variable)
NH: Northern and Central (Cooler late in the season) Southern (Variable)
ME: Cooler late into the season
RI: Variable

WSI's January 2014 Forecast

Colder: -0.5° below average to near average.
Warmer: +0.5° above average to near average.
Much Warmer: +1.0° to 0.5° above average.
