Local Forecast Audio Issue

Hey Star Team

Worcester, MA Blowing Snow Display New Bedford, MA Intellistar


My Intellistar 22622 has been receiving low local forecast and programming audio since the video feed came back Christmas night should i contact my headend to fix the problem or could you look into this?
