Title: Weatherscan #20282 glitch

Hi STAR team

I woke up this morning and saw that Spokane's Weatherscan's video feed is jumping and skipping frames about every couple of seconds or so. I recorded a clip of the glitch:

Can this be fixed somehow?

I just woke up and saw that Weatherscan has been fixed. Thank you STAR team  :biggrin:
