Title: IS2 Outage - Cox Communication New Orleans

It's been out for a while now, couple of months I believe.

Weather ID on the SD Istar is 22574, if that helps.

That looks to be your regular IntelliStar ID, not your IS2 ID.. :unsure:

Don't know the IS2 ID, and since it's out....

Hopefully there's an ability to crosscheck with the other ID.

Maybe a zip code or just a bit more information might help them out? Good luck getting it back! We were having issues with ours going out on Cox Kansas constantly!

I'm watching this IS2 in zip code 70124.

I believe it had the same cities on it as the IS: New Orleans, Kenner, and Boutte.

Bump! The IS2 is still out for Cox Communications customers in the New Orleans area. It has been out for almost 5 months now (sometime in February, I think). I'm not sure of the ID number for our IS2, but I'm in Kenner, the zip code is 70065, and the channel is 1018. I hope this gets fixed soon. The last time it went out, we were stuck with the regional forecast for about a year.  :(
