Title: IS2 #28479 No weather bulletin on the LF.

After watching my IntelliStar II videos from our past blizzard, some members pointed out that it does not have the Weather Bulletin during the Local on the 8s. I've only seen it on the LDL during national programming. Is this an error?

The bulletin page should be shown in the Local, I've made an edit so please check again the next time a bulletin is active.
