Title: Intellistar #24842 issues

McAllen Intellistar #24842 has 2 major issues: #1- In the morning, The intellistar will not display Current condition Reports. #2- At random times throughout the day, whatever is on screen, including the video feed, LDL and LOT8s will freeze and audio will cut off for a second and return for a second and do this for about 3 mins. Please fix this. Thank You!
