IntelliSTAR 24688 has been frozen for the past hour and 30 minutes on the regional satellite/radar screen.

I had the same thing happen to me back in May, but when TWC came back a few hours later, it was showing the SD satellite local forecast on the 8's and the satellite LDL during OCM/special programming times. I didn't report it for about a week, though.

Well, the STAR was just restarted about 4 minutes ago (11:40 PM CDT)
