Title: IntelliStar 23527 Station ID Screen Blank

Hello, STAR Team!

Ever since late May 2010, when my IntelliStar went out briefly, my Station ID screen has been blank, except for the background and a small period in the upper right corner. I was wondering if you could fix this issue.

The same for mine, too.
STAR ID: unknown, as the period has been there for nearly a year now.
