Hello STAR team. I would like to inform you that the Bozeman, Montana IntelliStar used by Optimum cable (I do not remember the ID, but I believe it began as 229**) is still missing in action. I have not seen a local forecast since late last week-Thursday or Friday, if I recall. Instead, I simply see the national LDL and standard definition satellite local forecast. Any thoughts on what is going on? :dunno:

A replacement star had to be sent to them. They should have it today, so hopefully they get it installed and running soon.

Much appreciated! Thanks for the quick response to my inquiry.

Are you seeing locals yet in Bozeman?

Sorry to bump this thread, but the Bozeman Intellistar has been having an issue today (and late last night). As soon as it reaches the text-based 36 hour forecast, the unit cuts out (black screen for a second) and the satellite feed comes on. Other than that, the unit seems to be operating normally. The LDL is cuing correctly, the correct information is showing up on the station ID, and the local forecast begins normally.
