Title: #22574 - Cox Cable New Orleans

Not sure if this is the proper place to put this, but in New Orleans, Cox Communications has the SD feed of TWC on the HD channel, and it's been this way for at least two weeks.

I don't know if this is a backend decision, or perhaps somewhere a switch was flipped accidentally.

Just thought I would bring this to someone's attention, because I have no clue who to reach out to on Cox's side.

Just wanted to say no change since this was posted.  Will we ever get TWC HD back in New Orleans on Cox?

Our Star Support Mgr. talked to the Cox Communications HE Tech in New Orleans. The tech claims the HD I2 has been running for at least the last ten days. He tech wants to know what town you are in. This I2 covers 5 Parishes.

HD feed is up and running this morning in Jefferson Parish.   :dance:
