Topeka twice on LDL

Star# 22909 for Topeka, KS on Cox has Topeka listed twice on the non-LOT8 LDL. One is the main site of Phillip Billard and the other, I assume, is the second site of Forbes Field. It's very confusing to a lot of people, including me. Can the Forbes Field site be changed to S. Topeka, South Topeka, or Pauline (or anything other than just Topeka)?
Also, our Weatherscan Star #031067 won't put anything except No Report for the Allergies screen during the Health segment. Same thing during Airports for Kansas City D'town Airport, even though it scrolls normally at the bottom with delays. This has been happening for a month, or longer, even though Cox had to replace the Star due to constant freezing and needing to be rebooted. (It was doing this all before and after the new Star was installed.) Thank you for your consideration and any help you can provide with getting Weatherscan fully functional!

Thanks. The LDL issue is fixed. Berryton is showing up now so it's Topeka, Silver Lake, & Berryton. The Weatherscan issue for the Allergy portion of the Health segment is still ongoing and showing No Report. I noticed on the WS ticker for airport delays at the bottom was changed from KC Downtown Airport to Topeka - Forbes Field but the entire Airports segment is gone now. We're only getting Radar, Topeka, Manhattan, Junction City, Health, Garden, Travel, & Golf now. Just curious if removing the Airports segment was intentional, accidental, or if it was something Cox did? I had requested the International segment from Cox yesterday so wasn't sure if it was them, or you, tweaking the segments that resulted in Airports being removed?
CORRECTION/EDIT: Airport segment on now. Not sure why it wasn't the past hour. Odd. Forbes Field replaced KC Downtown and is reporting No Delays (even though it's a military base) now.
