Title: 22087 - Underdone and overdone temps
Post by: twcguy_22087 on July 02, 2010, 04:53:46 PM
I have noticed that my IntelliSTAR (ID # 22087, in my username) has been giving HIGHER temps than actual high (Noted that on 6/28/10, said High 98, actual high 94) and LOWER temps than actual high (in April '10, believe April 7, was actually 90 for a high, said highs were in the 70s). This IntelliSTAR is known for problems.

Repeating the IntelliSTAR ID: 22087

Thanks!

I have a similar problem with a STAR in Chesapeake, VA. Its near an NWS reporting station that has yet to be repaired by the FAA. I think it was getting some bad data. Anything like that in your area?

Hmm... why can I moderate anyone's messages now? Plus it is in the whole forecast, not just the 7 day. This has been going on for MONTHS. (OOPS! I know now the forum lets you edit any message on a thread you started)
