Hello, STAR Team

 Intellistar 21945 is frozen. The feed is frozen and the audio is frozen. The screen just shows a picture of a squeezeback which frozed.  Please Fix it.

It has been fixed and is no longer frozen but the LF and LDL are not showing.

As of today, the Intellistar is not cueing. Can you please reset the Intellistar?

Someone please fix the error. It is still not cueing the LF. Please reset this Intellistar.
