Are the tunes named the actual song titles? All of his music (that I know of) currently used on Weatherscan are on his CD set which did not come with a song listing.

They are TWC's titles. Trammell didn't name his songs.

I really like Weatherscan's unknown production songs, though they need to throw in more Trammell in there, especially the tracks on CD1 that were used back in the XL days.

I've been trying to "remix" some of the production songs added in 2007 lately. So far I only have one completed, but am working on some of my other favorite ones.

So back in the XL Days the playlist consisted of all Trammell songs (correct me if i'm wrong), but i was wondering did they use all of Trammells 3-CD set or just CD 1?

I think they used CD1 back then with a little bit of CD2 until they mixed it in 2004 with CD2 and CD3 on the Wxscan istar.
