I didn't know Sea Isle had the same config as us. Sea Isle is quite far from P'ville.

We do get a different domestic IntelliStar than what Atlantic City has though. The CC are from Atlantic City and the forecast is for "Atlantic/Cape May County." Why they opted to have a city that isn't served by this Istar as the CC site I have no clue...

I'm trying to email Comcast's E-Care service about adding the International Forecast to the Philadelphia Weatherscan, but they don't seem to understand what I'm asking. They just give me an email with no useful information, like how adding this segment would meet FCC standards, etc, and that they would go to the technical support team to closely monitor this (as if it were a technical issue). I then tried another headend and they told me to contact TWC about this, when it's the affiliates choice about what segments to show. Any ideas?

well go to TWC about this, and most likely, they'll talk to the headend if you do it properly.

Health
Travel
Airports
Golf
Ski & Snow
Boat & Beach
International

Is that all of them?

You left out Garden. I think that might be all of them. International is the only one Philadelphia doesn't have.

The Ski forecast was added to my Weatherscan today, I don't think I have ever had that segment before.

Possibly you're unit is beta testing that segment to see if Atlanta Likes it. Kinda Like how FPB did those 5 segments back in May.

Wow, I figured Atlanta would have that sooner seeing how that's where TWC is. We've had ski on the Bucks County Weatherscan since 2005.

It's quite possible the segment was supposed to be there all along, and it was just disabled. They might of recently pulled the unit up to make a change or reset it and saw the ski package was off and enabled it.

hmmm... never thought of that, and I know that Frankfort wouldn't get that since the nearest ski range is Paoli Peaks (which uses dry ice instead of snow) in Paoli, IN

I believe your right Tyler, We just got the Garden segment this past Spring, we didn't have that before either.

This segment is still on here for now. I have these right now including the updates I noticed this morning are:

4 cities - Atlanta, Woodstock, Alpharetta, Marietta
Local Radar (update to cities and coverage area of radar)
Traffic
Travel
Golf (changes made by new cities added)
Airport
Ski & Snow
Health

I think the Garden segment should be back soon I guess. Dallas and Douglasville,Ga were replaced by Sandy Springs, Duluth and Cumming,Ga on the black scroll. Also Chattanooga Airport was added to the Current Airport conditions on the black scroll. I'll update this when and if I see more updates.

Man I wish FPB would get their heads out of their asses and make Frankfort's become "real" like the rest of America's. We haven't seen an extra package since early last June when thay took them away. Now Really do 5 packages slow it down that much, not as much as 9 like one of Mike's!
