Title: Comcast Question
Post by: Mike M on July 15, 2010, 04:58:07 PM: Does anyone how I can contact Comcast to request a change to my Weatherscan? I tried calling both 1-800-Comcast and tried contacting my headend via email, but they keep telling me I have to contact TWC for these changes when I know the company has to request the changes.

I can't imagine there is anyway to get through Comcast tech support to someone who actually knows (or cares) about it.

I also wanted to ask about adding International. What am I supposed to do?

I've already tried emailing my regional office if they could add International to my area's weatherscan "Brockton" but no reply.

I don't see it necessary. The Weatherscan has Camden, Burlington, and Gloucester. Last I checked, Burlington was a mere 10 miles from Moorestown. What's wrong with that?
