Starting immediately, all members are now limited to one name change in a three month period, just as at TWCC. I started off not enforcing such a rule because I felt as though it was unnecessary. But, as is so often the case when I am more relaxed about something than Matt is on his board, I've found out why Matt does what he does. Some people just have to change their names on a constant basis.
So once again, you are now limited to one name change in a three month period. anyone found to be breaking this rule will lose the privelege entirely.

One other thing I wanted to mention-you are now able to change your custom title (the words under your display name). I know this is something that many of you like to do.

I don't mind if you change that. Its a change that I can choose not to notice if I don't want to. A name change, on the other hand, is something I can't choose not to notice, not only because its openly visible, but because I have to keep track of who everyone is. So you can change your custom title any time you choose.

Yeah i agree. I couldn't even tell who myself was with all these confusing name changes :wacko:

I am glad that everyone (so far) is ok with these changes. I figured that would be the case for the most part.
For future reference, don't hesitate to let me know if something's bugging you. This case is a good example. If something is bugging you, there's a good chance its bugging me too and I'm just waiting for a good reason to stop it. You telling me its bugging you is the perfect reason. Of course, I would prefer your complaints via PM (for obvious reasons). :sunglasses:

It bothered me too. I had such a tough time keeping track of people. I problary will leave mine how it is.

I personally don't see why people love changing their name so much, but to each their own, as they say. :sunglasses:
