I get them from http://www.stormpulse.com/fullscreen/current and in powerpoint 2010 use the background removal feature.

It's OK, but the discoloration of the other countries and the oceans looks pretty weird. I like the titlebar, though. It looks interesting with the gray gradient instead of plain white.
