New XL regional map!  :D

I did some digging through this link http://fcgi.weather.com/images/ (Special thanks to Zach for reposting this months ago, I forgot I had it bookmarked) I was lucky enough to find blank maps for every region of the US from Nov/Dec 2000 that was used during the XL era.

LOL Sorry about that  :blushing: :P, actually I can't find them anymore either because I can't remember how I got to them, but to save you the hassle I'll attach them here. Technically, they aren't completely blank, the old logo is at the bottom right corner and you'll have to crop the banners at the top off, but the topographical maps themselves are blank.

Something that has been scrambling around in my brain for a while now...
Also my first attempt at making the titlebar.

This can be considered one of those "What if" scenarios if the IntelliStar (likewise the XL) was updated to match the on air graphics.

-Gradient Blue LDL (Would only appear for an ad crawl)
-Otherwise the Orange/Blue LDL used on air (for IntelliStar viewers) would appear afterwards.

I like the titlebar, though Im not sure about the rest... it would look better if you moved the info from the bottom up to the center of the image, because that looks like a lot of wasted space and if it were actually on TV, the viewer wouldn't like looking at the bottom just to see the forecast.

I was trying to go for something different, but this works for me too. Thank you for the constructive criticism.  I wanna make this as great as possible. :thumbsup:
