I'm pretty sure he uses a free program called GIMP or something. Google it, and you'll be able to make art just like his.

Thanks. I was kind of going for that work-in-progress look, so I tried out a grid background (like some of TWC's HD graphics have), and I thought it looked good, so I kept it. :P

So the reason why there's no Satellite/cable provider displayed on the Station ID is because they don't have the STAR yet, right?

Yeah, but in March 1998 when Weather Center premiered, the titlebars and icons were updated. ;)

WOW!!! I wish the background on that emulator is the current IS background. The only suggestion I can make is to add the forecast sounds/videos on the right side of the "Local Forecast" segment. Other than that, excellent work!! I especially like the fading in/out transition.

Most of the new TWC uses Helvetica. The IS also has Interstate and Frutiger (the latter is for WxScan), the XL uses Akzidenz-Grotesk (look at the R in Akzidenz and Helvetica as distinguishing), and there's a few other font oddities in the TWC history books. (Gill Sans was the font du jour during the No Place on Earth era, for example.)

I like the overall design :biggrin:, but I think that purple wasn't the best choice. It looks a little "off" from the other colors.
