Title: Beta Transparent Iocns

Well this is my first effort filled try. I've been pretty busy lately and I've been trying emulations so that kept me away from this. This Is a test if you think it looks good I'll give more effort to make it near perfect, but this is just a sloppy one for now to give you the idea. I can already say rain and lightning are next to impossible with this method.

While I have not made these I did a fairly good job on making them transparent.
