my TWC channel has been the same through all 3 cable companies that I recall. TCI in the 90s, AT&T through 2003, and Comcast.

I've recently switched to Verizon FiOS TV and now TWC is on 99 and Weatherscan is on 49. Originally, I had Comcast and TWC was on 30, but no Weatherscan.

In Irving, TX; The Weather Channel is on Ch. 37. We had WeatherScan on Ch. 99, but since Time Warner took over the North Texas Comcast cluster, it was taken out.

Here in PA, TWC was on 29 when we had Oxford Valley Cablevision (until 1995), Suburban Cable (1995-2000), and Comcast up until 2006 when Comcast for whatever reason decided to overhaul the channel lineup. Now TWC here is on 53.

The Weather Channel
1980s to 1991 (Paragon Cable): Ch. 14
1991-1992 (Paragon): Ch. 17
1992-2004 (Paragon / Time Warner / AT&T / Comcast): Ch. 55
2004-Present (Comcast / Time Warner): Ch. 37

TWC Radar
1994-1999 (Paragon): Ch. 56

WeatherScan Local
1999-2002 (Paragon / Time Warner / AT&T): Ch. 56
2002-2004 (AT&T / Comcast): Ch. 95
2004-2006 (Comcast / Time Warner): Ch. 99

well since who ever runs this took off the STAR and WXscan Fields:

The Weather Channel: 32 (35 prior to 2005 when the line-up was changed
Weatherscan: 19 (one of the few systems in the US with WxScan on basic)
