AT&T's U-verse gets TWC HD

From what I'm reading on Engadget HD, The Weather Channel HD has come to AT&T U-verse (on channel 1225) today.

When will we see a further rollout of TWC HD on Comcast? I surely would love to have it...

I have UVerse,so, :dance:! Maybe they'll add Wxscan later on.

If U-verse refuses to add a STAR on regular TWC, I doubt they'll add Weatherscan anytime soon.

Channel 1225 still doesn't exist on my U-Verse line-up. I wonder when this will take effect. :dunno:

Well still it's not a huge cable company.

It's AT&T. They can surely afford an Istar. Plus, IIRC, TWC is no longer distributing lesser STARs to cable cos any more.

Being the only PC-based system, the IntelliStar is definitely cheaper than the 4000, and possibly cheaper than the Junior too.

Was money the reason, why U-verse couldn't get a STAR? And I am assuming their installing IStars for every headend?
