Depends. Family Guy has always been funny, but ever since about 5 years ago, the Simpsons have sucked unbelievably. I'd probably have to say The Simpsons, though (Seasons 6-13)

Tough one. I guess I'll say fire as they are, in most cases, easier and less time consuming to put out rather than a flood (unless you are talking about wildfires, which is a different story).
