#2 has to be "Classical Gas" by...

Chet Atkins - 1986 or 1987
California Guitar Trio - June 2000
Roberto Perera - April 2002 (my favorite cover)

Ah, no matter why I couldn't find it. I used TWC Classics as my source and they only have playlists from as far back as 1988.

Update: I just noticed there was also a playlist section that had playlists issued by TWC.

So the final answer should probably be...

 1) For You by Brian Hughes
(Original and 3rd Force remix from Shakin not Stirred, and Live version)
    Used on December 2001

2) Classical Gas (Chet Atkins from Street Dreams on December 1986, California Guitar Trio from Pathways on June 2000, and Roberto Perera from Sensual on April 2002)

3) Pacific Coast Highway
Jeff Lorber (Very Best Of Jeff Lorber, Mar 06), Eddie Reasoner (Special Weather, Aug 03), Nils (PCH, Nov 05)

Here is One More Brain Scrambler.... Name Four (4) Artists, each of whom wrote two versions (two only) of their same song, and when both versions of each song were used on TWC. Again some knowledge of Classic TWC music may be required
