Today is my grandparents' (mom's parents) 50th wedding anniversary imp :happy:

Somewhat bittersweet since my grandfather is no longer with us to celebrate this special occasion. :(

I'm applying for a part time job at Target while I'm in school imp. I need one so I can have M-O-N-E-Y to save up for a C-A-R imp. :yes: I don't want to be dependent on mass transit forever, I really want to start driving so I can go places well outside of city limits which our mass transit doesn't do imp. :no:

I enjoy listening to the sound of distant frogs croaking every night here in lovely Long Beach, which has been going on recently now that these amphibians are emerging from their hibernation imp  :happy:  It sounds much better compared to Spokane, where I couldn't hear the sounds of nature at all due to the heavy city noise there imp  :(

The mass transit system here is worthless unless you're almost completely broke imp.

I don't think NJT is that bad imp, but septa sucks. Greedy employees always going on strike each year, I don't know if ther are any other mass transit companies who have gone on strike as much as septa has.
